Joined a major human resources company as a new graduate. After leaving a number of achievements, he jumped into a different industry, the construction industry, to learn new business models. He experienced launching a sales organization. He joined NeuralConnectJapan to share his experience of starting a business from his own difficulties. He is currently working on the business as Chief Revenue Officer.

After graduating from university, he joined a major human resources company. He was in charge of corporate sales in the recruitment division. He achieved the top performance among new graduates and was promoted to manager at the top of his class. Wanting to build an organization with his own efforts, he moved to an AI startup and gained experience building a sales organization. He grew the organization from 7 people to 45 people. He has now joined NeuralConnectJapan and is involved in business creation as the division manager.
